Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional from the
logistics and warehouse operations background who has strong exposure to
shopfloor operations, 5S practices, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure zero safety incidents on site and maintain safety standards.
- Manage manpower planning, allocation, and productivity.
- Handle inventory management and ensure stock availability.
- Oversee packing, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and operational data.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Drive customer satisfaction and cost optimization initiatives.
- Train new manpower on safety, quality, SOPs, and shopfloor discipline.
- Work on process improvement, case simulation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure adherence to 5S standards on shopfloor.
- Manage put-away, lot segregation, and container loading activities.
- Ensure daily production and dispatch targets are achieved.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in logistics / warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience in shopfloor operations & 5S implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP (WMS/MM), MIS, GRN processes.
- Strong team handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaging development / process improvement projects
- Familiarity with cargo-wise or warehouse management systems
