Wanted Sales Executive in Guruvayur

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chavakkad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting real estate properties, and managing sales processes from prospecting to closing deals. Other responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and expectations.

• Sales and negotiation skills to attract and close deals successfully
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Knowledge of real estate markets and local property regulations
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in Malayalam is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
