Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse specializing in home care, located in Hyderabad. The nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, including assisting with daily activities, performing routine nursing duties, administering prescribed medications, monitoring patient conditions, and offering patient support. Additionally, the nurse will manage wound care and collaborate with physicians to ensure the plan of care is followed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine
• Experience with Home Care and Patient Care services
• Capability in performing Wound Care procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and their families
• Certification or degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
