Key Responsibilities

* Review, analyze, and interpret patient medical records for accuracy.

* Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.

* Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and company policies.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in line with HIPAA standards.

* Work with the quality assurance team to ensure coding accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

* Meet productivity and accuracy targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required

* Experience: Fresher.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or related fields.

* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

* Good communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.

* Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
