Description of Position

The Global Platform Operations Team is responsible for supporting the business in client onboarding, automation initiatives, workflow optimization, new requirements support, and training and documentation. The WalkMe developer will support Deluxe's technology initiatives through the use of WalkMe,

As the WalkMe Developer, you are a Digital Adoption Specialist that brings a passion for technology, digital adoption, and Product user experiences and will ensure our Localization and/or Fulfillment businesses maximize digital investments used by our global teams.

You will drive adoption success as a WalkMe center of excellence, creating and maintaining WalkMe solutions in our various platforms, completing, testing, and launching WalkMe builds. You will also support and mentor individuals who will build WalkMe solutions to support adoption efforts. You will generate insights and reports on adoption metrics, monitor adoption, and bring new ideas to support learning technology to the table.

You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to accomplish your objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own successful technology and digital adoption initiatives through ownership, building, and maintenance of WalkMe solutions; including launching ShoutOuts, building Walkthrus, utilizing Insights
  • Explore areas of opportunity to maximize impact and visibility of WalkMe across integrated platforms
  • Provide ideas to Product team to simplify or improve the user experience based on WalkMe analytics insights
  • Follow standards and guidelines on the design and implementation of technology training
  • Establish technology KPIs; measure and monitor adoption
  • Establish strong partnership with key stakeholders
  • Produce, maintain, and collaborate on effective and easy-to-understand, technology training that speaks to the end-learner
  • Work cross-functionally with operations managers to address technology learning issues and new educational needs; prioritize and execute accordingly
  • Improve employee productivity throughput through effective training
  • Drive quality improvements through effective training
  • Monitor solutions to ensure they are effective and up to date
  • Embody the company values positively

Experience and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of applicable experience
  • Deep expertise with entire WalkMe tool set; from building to insights and beyond
  • Deep expertise in jQuery
  • Master of Excel; providing complex reporting and manipulating data so it is presented meaningfully depending on the end user audience
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Demonstrated results for users adopting technology
  • Ability to empathize with learner needs
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to correspond professionally and clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders
  • Experience with highly technical documentation and processes
  • Proactive and a problem solver by nature
  • Adaptability and resiliency to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow
  • Ability to engage with and motivate culturally diverse, distributed team
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
