Senior Team Leader - 5 to 8 Years (Collection Experience only)

Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills with proven experience in handling international customers in a customer-facing role.
• Flexibility to work from office (WFO model)
• Mandatory experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including collections, Billing, cash application , dispute and order management .
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work own initiative
• Financial & commercial awareness / good numerical skills.
• Problem solving aptitude & ability
• Relevant and demonstrable experience of a collections role. (Required)
• Sap & Salesforce Experience
• PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).
• Demonstrate a customer focused orientation
• Demonstrate a target focused orientation
• Ability to work closely with customers & negotiation effective outcomes to their problems.
• Committed approach to team work.
• Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
