Designation: Assistant Manager / Team Lead

Role Overview

Team Leader / Assistant Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, people management, and governance for Consumer Lending Servicing operations covering both monetary and nonmonetary workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Operations

  • Manage daily delivery across monetary servicing, nonmonetary account maintenance, and exception queues.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
  • Drive backlog management, volume stabilization, and issue resolution.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with US banking regulations, servicing controls, and audit requirements.
  • Review quality trends, errors, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Identify in scope issues, execute remediation and client redress activities as assigned, and ensure timely closure of remediation plans.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop JL2A and JL3A associates.
  • Own performance management, attrition control, and skill development.
  • Participate in client calls, governance meetings, and operational reviews.
  • Support hiring, ramp up, KT, and transition activities.

Experience & Skills

  • 4-10 years of experience in Consumer Lending / Loan Servicing Operations.
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Team Lead / Assistant Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of monetary servicing, nonmonetary workflows, and operational risk.
  • Experience working in client facing, regulated banking environments.

Preferred Background

  • US Consumer Lending Servicing experience (Monetary and Non- monetary services)

Not Suitable Profiles

  • Finance & Accounting (F&A)
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP / AR)
  • Claims processing
  • Fraud operations
  • Generic insurance or pure accounting profiles

  • Carry a printout your updated resume.
  • Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
  • All original education documents needs to be available for verification(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
