Designation: Operations Manager

The manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service delivery excellence, managing teams and performance, meeting client SLAs, and driving continuous process improvements. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities to achieve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end operations of assigned processes.
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times.
  • Monitor productivity, utilization, quality scores, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Drive operational excellence through standard procedures and best practices.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer and client issues.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Team Leaders and frontline staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Ensure optimal staffing through effective capacity planning and scheduling.
  • Promote a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
  • Address performance gaps through corrective action plans and training.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Participate in client calls, reviews, audits, and business discussions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and insights.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality frameworks, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with QA teams to improve process quality and reduce defects.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or automation initiatives where applicable.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on performance data.
  • Support new process transitions, ramp-ups, and change management initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze operational data and trends to support decision-making.
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and client use.
  • Use insights to proactively address risks and improve outcomes.

Educational Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • MBA / PGDM preferred but not mandatory

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in US Lending Industry, Quality Assurance, Banking Operations, or Lending Origination
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Manager / Senior Manager / Operations Management role
  • Experience in client facing, audit driven, or regulatory environments preferred

  • All original education documents needs to be available for verification(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

  • Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance
