Role:Senior Process Executive(1-2 yrs)
Senior Process Associate.
Profile- Experienced commerce Graduates with proficiency in basic computer knowledge and good English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation as per Standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining service level standards for production and quality
Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate
- 1- 2 years of working experience in financial management process (Preferably Mortgage) with data validation skills.
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts
- Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently
- Good English Communication skills (Oral and Written)
Skill 2 :
Process Specialist (2-4 yrs)
Process Specialist (U.S. Mortgage Processing / Underwriting)
Profile Executes transactions as per standard operating procedure, guidelines and timelines. Review and validates the inputs from process executive, supports the team lead in training, daily reviews, escalation resolutions with the objective of meeting the SLA,
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to U.S. mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines
- Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation as per compliance and
Regulatory standards Analyzing loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary.
- Perform internal Quality check, providing floor support and feedback to team members
- Preparing reports on assessment findings
- Maintaining service level standards
- Assisting in new-hire trainings
Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate
- Minimum 24 months of experience in U.S. mortgage
- Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, guidelines, and underwriting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible (Willingness to work in night shift)
- Good Team Player/Strong Interpersonal skills

- Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance
