Job Description:

Job Role: Senior Analyst

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 4+ yrs

Analyst, Marketing Research & Insight

Senior Analyst, execute primary and secondary research to inform marketing strategies and product development. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences. Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that drive marketing decisions and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support Brand Tracker and NPS reporting by refreshing data in reporting template with newest results
  • Support periodic reporting regarding the trust that key audiences have for our company and regarding competitive marketing activity
  • Review data for integrity and accuracy, flagging potential anomalies
  • Identify significant changes in results and diagnose the drivers
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests with ability to create new views and visualizations to provide initial insights

Required Experience

  • Quantitative and qualitative research methodology
  • Statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Competitive intelligence and market trend analysis
  • Clear communication of insights to non-technical audiences

Additional Experience

  • Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities
  • Data interpretation and storytelling
  • Market segmentation and consumer behavior analysis
  • Stakeholder communication and presentation skills

Required Qualification

  • Understanding of Market/Brand Research, Quantitative Survey Analysis and statistical significance testing
  • Insight generation and writing
  • Marketing and brand research experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Platform: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL
