Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Process

Process Type: Non-Voice (Email & Chat Support)

Location: Pocharam – Hyderabad

Qualification: Graduate Only (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year Contact Center Experience in Email or Chat Process (Mandatory)

Languages Required: English & Hindi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Walk-in Drive Details:

15 May 2026 to 22 May 2026 (Monday to Saturday)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Working Details:

  • 6 Working Days with 1 Rotational Week Off
  • 2-Way Cab Facility up to 35 KM Radius (Nodal Point Pick-up & Drop)

Position Summary:

Customer Care Executives are responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through email and chat support for banking customers. The role requires providing accurate resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing multiple customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through Email and Chat professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers
  • Make outbound calls whenever required as part of semi-voice support
  • Identify customer needs and determine suitable solutions
  • Escalate issues whenever necessary
  • Complete customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
  • Good understanding of Email & Chat etiquettes
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 36 WPM with 95% Accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
