Job Summary:

As a Capital Markets professional, will be responsible for analyzing financial markets, executing trades, supporting investment strategies, and managing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research:

Monitor and analyze global financial markets and capital market trends.

Track securities, bonds, equities, derivatives, and other investment products.

Transaction Execution:

Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing capital market transactions.

Work with clients to understand their financing needs and assist in structuring suitable investment solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, investors, and financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements during the execution of transactions.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Assess and mitigate risks associated with capital market activities.

Ensure transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track the performance of investment portfolios and capital market transactions.

Prepare reports and presentations on portfolio performance and market conditions.

Analyze key performance indicators and market movements to suggest necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

Knowledge of financial regulations and capital market structures.

Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and data analytics tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
