Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for Stewards at Gnosis Food Ventures. The Stewards will assist in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage operations. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, serving food efficiently, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create a positive experience for guests and effectively handle inquiries.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with knowledge of proper handling techniques and maintaining service quality.
- Experience in Training staff to maintain operational standards and ensure outstanding team performance.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
