Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our global cybersecurity team. This role is critical to the day-to-day operation and maturity of our vulnerability management program. You will work closely with US-based colleagues and global IT, cloud, and engineering teams to drive remediation, reduce risk, and continuously improve how vulnerabilities are identified, prioritized, and fixed.

This role requires someone who is a self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, and confident in following up and influencing remediation owners to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the identification, assessment, and tracking of vulnerabilities across the organization's IT landscape
  • Analyze vulnerability scan results, assess exploitability, and prioritize remediation based on risk impact and business context.
  • Actively engage remediation owners (IT, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps) to drive patching and mitigation to closure
  • Track remediation progress, follow up on overdue items, and escalate risk-based issues when needed
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and risk assessments to track vulnerability remediation progress and security posture.
  • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and workflows within the vulnerability management program. Enhance processes through automation and integration with other security tools.
  • Monitor public threat intelligence sources to understand the context of vulnerabilities.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vulnerability Management or related cybersecurity role.
  • Deep understanding of common vulnerability assessment methodologies and techniques (e.g., CVSS scoring, EPSS, threat modeling).
  • Basic knowledge of vulnerability management tools, such as Nessus or Qualys
  • Proven ability to influence and follow up with remediation owners to drive outcomes
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership in a developing program
  • Foundational understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Compelling communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) / VM module is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ , GCVA, CVMP or equivalent are a plus.
