Job Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client connectivity and change management workstreams within a strategic transformation programme
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers and governance reporting
• Assess business, operational and technology impacts across transaction banking channels and connectivity platforms
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance and risk functions
• Support documentation, approval processes and change implementation activities related to client-impacting initiatives
• Drive testing, cutover planning, transition management and post-implementation stabilization activities
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful programme delivery and readiness
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformational programmes within banking or financial services
• Strong project and change management background with experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience within transaction banking, payments, treasury services or corporate banking environments
• Demonstrated expertise in programme governance, risk management, dependency tracking and executive stakeholder reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business impacts into actionable delivery plans
• Experience managing regulatory, operational and client-impacting change initiatives
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and control functions
• Exposure to digital banking channels, client connectivity solutions, API integrations, file transfer solutions or payment infrastructure will be advantageous
• Professional project management certification or equivalent practical experience is beneficial
