Job Description

Position Summary

The Vice President, Group Transformation, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, will lead AEM's enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving the adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies across the organization. Working closely with business, engineering, manufacturing, product, and IT leaders, the role is responsible for identifying and delivering high-impact initiatives that improve operational performance, enhance decision-making, and support long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes. The candidate should be able to navigate complex business environments, influence stakeholders at all levels, drive organizational change, and translate technology opportunities into practical business value. Experience in the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or technology sectors will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AEM's enterprise AI and business transformation agenda, aligning initiatives with corporate strategy and growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions
  • Drive the adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making
  • Partner closely with business, engineering, product, and IT leaders to successfully deliver and scale transformation initiatives across the enterprise
  • Establish transformation governance, success metrics, and value realization frameworks to ensure measurable business outcomes
  • Champion change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and organizational readiness
  • Build and develop AEM's Enterprise AI Transformation capability, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Provide strategic guidance and regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team and Board on transformation priorities, progress, risks, and business impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline
  • MBA, Master's Degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital technologies, and their application in driving operational and business excellence
  • Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, supply chain, or related environments will be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional programmes involving business, technology, data, and operations teams
  • Strong knowledge of transformation governance, change management, programme delivery, and value realization frameworks
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, automation, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and board levels
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating complexity and driving meaningful change in a fast-paced environment
