VP, Talent Acquisition:
Lenskart is seeking a highly strategic and innovative leader to transform our workforce strategy. You will be responsible for applying a technology-first approach to dramatically improve our processes, tools, and the candidate experience. This role requires coaching and empowering a high-performing TA team to meet Lenskart's rapid growth needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform Talent Strategy with Technology
- Tech & AI Integration: Define and execute a plan to overhaul the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) using automation, AI, and cutting-edge technology.
- Scalability: Design and implement an agile TA strategy that effectively scales Lenskart's global workforce across all functions (Tech, Retail, etc.) to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by integrating new TA technologies and even building proprietary tools to solve unique organizational challenges.
Ensure Operational Excellence
- Data-Driven Leadership: Own and analyze key TA metrics (e.g., Quality of Hire, Time-to-Fill) to provide strategic insights and optimize resource allocation.
- Candidate Experience: Guarantee a world-class, seamless candidate experience supported by highly efficient, automated backend processes.
- Agility: Maintain high operational flexibility to quickly adapt TA priorities in response to evolving business needs and market shifts.
Lead and Coach the TA Team
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, distributed TA team, fostering a culture of speed, accountability, and innovation.
- Executive Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing expert market intelligence on talent, compensation, and competitive recruitment.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years leading a multi-region TA function in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Transformation: Proven success in transforming a TA function through the deployment of advanced technology, process automation, and AI.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage, coach, and scale high-performing, remote/distributed TA teams.
- Agility: Ability to manage constantly shifting recruitment priorities in a hyper-growth environment across diverse functions.
