Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of technology solutions by aligning business objectives with scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. The position requires strong technical depth, leadership in Agile environments, and the ability to translate data and business needs into impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of business and technology deliveries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage Agile sprint teams and coordinate feature delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, design/UX, and user enablement.
  • Translate data insights and business requirements into actionable and measurable product capabilities.
  • Continuously assess business needs, refine priorities, define milestones, and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
  • Create, review, and maintain requirement documents, functional specifications, and project plans; facilitate workshops and secure stakeholder sign-off.
  • Provide consistent and transparent status updates to teams, users, and leadership across multiple levels.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of overall technology experience with continuous hands-on coding involvement.
  • 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizational environment.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, cloud-native solutions end to end.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader business and technology strategy.
  • Experience working with large datasets, secure systems, and regulated environments, preferably within financial services.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Extensive experience in .NET and C# with a focus on microservices and API-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and automated deployments.
  • Familiarity with Python, Java, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform is an advantage.

Architecture and Engineering Practices

  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and architectural best practices.
  • Experience with system testing approaches including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.
