About The Role
A leading
healthcare IT solutions provider is looking for a
VP of Sales (Sales Head) to drive business growth in the
US healthcare market. This role is ideal for a
seasoned sales leader with experience in selling
EHR, RCM, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT services. The candidate should have a strong understanding of US healthcare workflows, sales leadership, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in the US healthcare IT sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Lead and mentor onshore and offshore sales teams, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
- Oversee telesales and sales development teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting mechanisms for performance tracking.
- Present data-driven sales insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and customer satisfaction within the sales organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1015 years in selling healthcare IT solutions (EHR/RCM/Digital Health) or IT services (Healthcare IT, AI-ML in Healthcare IT).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows, EHR, RCM, and regulatory landscapes.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage geographically distributed sales teams.
- Sales Expertise: Track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent skills in client relationship-building, negotiations, and high-value sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of sales automation, CRM systems, and data-driven sales processes.
- Work Schedule: Flexibility to work night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
