Job Description

. Enterprise Sales Leadership: Drive new enterprise business acquisition with a focus on large-ticket opportunities

. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and manage strategic relationships with senior executives across procurement, finance, and operations functions.

. Procurement Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor by guiding prospective clients through best practices in procurement transformation, process digitization, and cost optimization strategies.

. Complex Deal Management: Lead the complete sales cycle from discovery to closure, navigating multi-stakeholder environments and competitive RFPs.

. Strategic Account Development: Identify, prioritize, and penetrate key enterprise accounts with a structured, data-driven approach.

. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align customer needs with product development, implementation strategies, and value messaging.

. Market Intelligence: Act as a strategic voice to internal stakeholders, providing insights into market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap.

. Brand Representation: Represent company in enterprise forums, industry events, and executive meetings to build visibility and trust.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Sales should have:

. 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with consistent success in closing high-value deals.

. Demonstrated experience selling to senior executives within large organizations, particularly in procurement or finance functions.

. Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to craft value-driven proposals and negotiate strategic contracts.

. Proven ability to operate as an independent contributor with a high degree of ownership, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Prior experience in high-growth SaaS startups or procurement technology is preferred.
