Job Description

.Design, develop, and implement robust risk policies for digital lending programs, including direct sourcing via digital channels and fintech-led acquisition models ensure alignment of policy with the company's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines

. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for portfolios under management, identifying potential risks and opportunities to enhance risk-adjusted returns Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks

. Support new Partnership and program launches in Digital lending space continuously refine the partner assessment framework to effectively evaluate associated counterparty risk

. Oversee credit risk management activities, including credit scoring, underwriting standards, and portfolio monitoring, to mitigate credit losses and optimize portfolio performance

. Ensure adherence to internal risk governance standards Facilitate digitization of risk control measures to prevent possible non-compliance

. Remain informed of ongoing regulatory changes specifically in Digital lending maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to integrate risk considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years experience in risk policy or risk management in unsecured retail loans business with focus on data driven policy formulation
  • Experience in Digital lending space with exposure to fintech platforms & partner led business acquisition
