VP-Program Manager

Role Description

• You will be responsible for the delivery of complex technology projects within the Corporate Bank Cash Data Controls team.
• You will work closely with senior stakeholders in the CB business, counterparts across the technology organization and the delivery squads within the Cash Data Controls delivery team. You will define, manage and maintain plans, status and RAID across multiple delivery threads.

Your key responsibilities

• Oversight and detailed engagement with complex technology project delivery, with a strong understanding of technology architecture, design and dependency/risk management using the Agile SDLC.
• Management of stakeholder relationships and priorities across business, technology and operational counterparts in a complex organization with multiple drivers of work and conflicting priorities.
• Influence across the organization to ensure all plans and priorities are fully communicated and understood by all parties.
• Running of key governance forums.
• Organizational change thought leadership by advocating and driving cash management control strategy through program delivery.
• Deep understanding of delivery processes, risk & issues in technology delivery projects and ability to recognize, rapidly resolve, unblock and enable delivery teams to make continual progress.

Your skills and experience

• Over 15 years total experience working in financial services technology project delivery as a developer, manager or analyst.
• Current experience as a manager of major technology project / programs.
• Background as a software engineer, architect or similar hand-on role and ability to demonstrate deep technical knowledge and understanding.
• Extensive experience in Financial Services industry and understanding of banking regulatory environment.
