Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of lending products, from ideation to launch and market performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention through innovative lending solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all lending products.
  • Drive the adoption of digital solutions to improve customer experience in the lending process.
  • Analyse product performance metrics and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in the product development team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Product - Lending should have:

  • A degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in lending, retail banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of product development methodologies and customer-centric design principles.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage teams.
