Job Description

As a VP/Principal in the team your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to -

Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the Venture Capital space.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to support investment decisions.
Structure and negotiate investment deals in alignment with fund objectives.
Manage relationships with portfolio companies and provide strategic guidance.
Monitor investment performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with broader business goals.
Represent the company in industry events and build a strong network within the VC community.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP/Principal should have:

Experience - Strong deal leading experience with at least 3 years of deal leading post their associate stint. Total of 6 to 8 years of investing experience.
Education - Has completed their education from a Tier-1 institute in India (IIT/BITS and/or IIM/ISB)
Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
