Job Summary
- Designs and maintains the full People tech ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, engagement tools) to ensure scalability and longterm stability
- Automates workflows to reduce manual work, eliminate errors, and elevate the employee and manager experience
- Ensures systems integrate seamlessly and deliver realtime, trustworthy insights across the People Team
- Owns data continuity and governance, ensuring consistent definitions, clean data flows, and reliable reporting across all platforms
- Partners with COEs to translate business needs into system enhancements, analytics, and automation opportunities Continuously evaluates new technologies and tools to modernize HR operations and improve decisionmaking
- Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards that provide leaders with actionable, realtime workforce analytics
- Translates complex data into clear visual insights to support decisionmaking, forecasting, and operational planning
- Oversees data governance and compliance frameworks to ensure the security of sensitive employee information, strictly adhering to US, India, and Philippines data privacy standards and security best practices.
- Lead vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance reviews, to maximize ROI and ensure software partners align with business objectives.
Compensation
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
