Job Description

  • Lead the endtoend West sales charter for the organisation, owning revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a highperforming sales organisation, with strong peoplemanagement credentials and prior experience leading midsized to large teams.
  • Drive strategic account acquisition across midmarket and enterprise segments, with handson familiarity selling SaaS products within India.
  • Oversee sales planning, GTM execution, quarterly planning, and process optimization across the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and product leadership to drive a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Bring strong experience in building repeatable, datadriven sales motions, and implementing sales frameworks suitable for fastscaling SaaS environments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-20 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in SaaS sales and a strong track record of selling into BFSI
  • ICs with strong hunting background or connections in BFSI segment are also preffered.
  • Deep understanding of India's enterprise and midmarket buyer landscape, specifically in BFSI.
  • Strong executive presence, datadriven decision making, and the ability to navigate fastpaced, evolving environments.
  • Mumbaibased or open to relocating to Mumbai.
