Role: VP of Sales - IT Talent Solutions

Employment Type: Full-time

Onsite: Madhapur, HUDA Techno Enclave, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081.

Shift Timings: 08:00AM CST - 05:30PM CST(07:30PM IST - 05:00AM IST)

If you are a Tech Sales Professional with 10+ years experience, and a people person, love building relationships, passionate about helping others with innovative solutions and are ambitious about growth, then wait no more.

WHAT DO YOU DO:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal.
  • Develop long-term relationships with C Level Executives.
  • Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Fulltime Staffing, Employer Branding, Performance Management) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.
  • Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
  • Build and mentor a Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Are local to Hyderabad, India and comfortable working from our Hyderabad office location.
  • Have 10+ years of successful sales in IT Solutions (Staffing/recruiting, Employer Branding, Employee Performance solutions).
  • Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism.
  • Have Marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text
  • A player-coach, who will be able to lead a sales team while also closing deals for multiple accounts by themselves
  • Prospect large enterprise companies, manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales
  • Build a repeatable sales motion
  • Have Sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools.
