VP & National Product Manager - Motor Underwriting

Role Overview

• Responsible for Motor business performance and portfolio management for Prime Brokers Channel (large aggregators and digital channels) across Pan India.
• Contribute to achieving the top-line and loss ratio (LR) targets set by management through regular stakeholder reviews.
• Support the price review process at regular intervals through market benchmarking and identifying areas for correction.
• Liaise with stakeholders including Sales, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance for all role-related matters.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all underwriting approvals and guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure business requirements are met and customers receive a high level of service.
• Conduct training sessions on product underwriting processes.
• Manage expectations of key stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve shared organizational goals.
