We are hiring for VP-level Transformation / Change Project Manager based in Mumbai

Roles & Responsbilities

This role is suited for a VP-level Transformation / Change Project Manager with 1012+ years of experience delivering complex front-to-back change programs within Investment Banking, particularly in Equities Prime Brokerage. The candidate should have operated in global, regulated financial markets environments and managed large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives end-to-end

Core Experience Required

  • Strong background in Investment Banking transformation, preferably from Tier-1 banks or consulting firms
  • Proven delivery of front-office to back-office change programs
  • Hands-on experience in Equities Prime Brokerage (Cash or Synthetic) covering:
  • Trade capture & lifecycle
  • Risk, margin & collateral
  • Client experience
  • Good understanding of Equity Finance / Securities Lending:
  • Inventory & availability
  • Trade management
  • Tri-party & collateral management
  • Regional market variations
  • Broad understanding of financial products such as Equities, Derivatives, Bonds, Swaps, Loans and their trade life cycle
  • Familiarity with industry platforms (Traiana, Geneva, Access Fintech, Global 1, Syncova) is a strong advantage

Transformation & Project Management Strengths

  • End-to-end ownership of business + technology transformation programs
  • Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory awareness
  • Experience managing global, cross-functional workstreams
  • Budget ownership, resource planning, and benefits realization
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Exposure to Agile / PMP / PRINCE2 methodologies

Leadership & Stakeholder Profile

  • Confident senior stakeholder manager (Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Vendors)
  • Strategic thinker who can handle mission-critical programs
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at VP / senior leadership level
  • Ability to drive accountability across geographically distributed teams
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, regulatory-driven environments
