Our client is a profitable start up with fast growing and market leading business. They are backed by marquee investors and as a part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a seasoned HR professional as a HR Head.
Roles and Responsibilites
The person will be responsible to scale the HR team and set up systems enabling 10X growth of the organisation. Key responsibilities for the role will be:
- Working closely with the founders and leadership team and provide strategic HR leadership to help them build a high performance culture.
- Design Org Structure and build capability for high performance in multi location operations.
- Talent management and drive employee engagement across levels
- Drive talent acquisition strategy to help the organization attract and retain top talent across functions.
- Design learning and development programs to drive faster productivity, leadership development and people engagement.
- Implement performance management system to develop talent and reward high performance across the organisation.
Skills and qualifications
- 12 to 15 years experience in HR post MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Strong experience working with sales, operations and technology workforce as a HR leader supporting distributed workforce.
- Prior experience working with a fast growing start up and seen the growth journey will be preferred.
- Proven track record in building teams, implementing performance frameworks and driving organization transformation.
