Job Description

Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement effective financial controls and risk management strategies.
Monitor and optimize working capital with focus on Fx management.
Maintain banking relationships and oversee funding requirements.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and the board.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP - Head of Finance should have:

Professional qualifications in accounting or finance - CA / CPA / ACCA.
Extensive experience in financial management within the technology and telecoms industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
