Digital Platforms Management | - To regularly access the below portals, retrieve information, analyze data and present observations on a weekly basis
- Praise, Chairman Award, HiPortal, OE Communication ID, POSH IDs updation
- Ensure all Unit OE colleagues have necessary IDs created in relevant portals and make changes promptly whenever required

Event Management | - Manage physical events in end to end
- Support in vendor finalization, meetings co-ordination
- Act as SPOC for event vendors
- Ideate event space, theme and arrangement basis the event
- Scale of event will vary from small, mid, large
- Anticipate challenges, discuss and implement solution along with the team
- Support OE team in facilitation work through co-ordination, data management, ensuring resource availability, gather post training feedback and processing

OE Calendar Implementation | - Ensuring logistics arrangements for all programs including HO
- Getting nominations for HO programs
- SPOC between external partners/ internal facilitators and Unit SPOCs

Wellness | - Driving Wellness Calendar
- Data management of Add More To Life Projects
- Roll-out of Health Check up App
- Gathering monthly wellness initiative from Unit OE SPOC
- Publishing all Hindalco Wellness newsletter monthly

Data Inputs and MIS | - POSH and Values Circulars Update
- Maintain and keep OE Dashboard updated by ensuring Unit OE team uploads data
- Publish OE dashboard analytics and insights daily
- Inputs for various survey data and Award data

Invoice processing & Expense management | - Ensuring Timely processing of all invoices and ensuring proper documentation
- Verification of invoices
- Highlight challenges and implement solution
- Quarterly budget expense management

Stakeholder Management | - Managing internal and external stakeholders while implementing OE Calendar
- Front ending with HO employees to ensure maximum participation of target audience
- Interact with employees and support in understanding the on-going pulse
