We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of FX and Treasury Sales to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX sales and treasury management, with a proven ability to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive FX and treasury sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in FX and treasury services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Provide expertise and guidance on FX trading, risk management, and treasury operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and financial analyses to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-18 years of experience in FX and treasury sales or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, products, and risk management techniques.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
