Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to take on an Engineering Lead role, driving large-scale platform transformation initiatives and building modern, scalable applications.
This is an opportunity to work on a multi-year transformation program, focused on simplifying legacy systems, enabling modern architectures, and delivering high-impact engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable full stack applications using modern engineering practices
- Lead engineering efforts across platform simplification and legacy modernization initiatives
- Drive requirement discovery, roadmap planning, and end-to-end delivery execution
- Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Develop intuitive frontend interfaces using Angular / React
- Ensure adherence to SOLID design principles, secure coding, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholder expectations
- Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence and code quality
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Full Stack development
- Proficiency in Angular or React, Node.js, and modern UI technologies
- Solid understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity)
- Exposure to legacy system modernization and platform transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Java 21, multi-threading, database queries, and Unix commands
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
