Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly capable Technical Program Lead who combines expertise in Automation Testing, Linux‑based Technical Project Management, and Vehicle Testing & Validation. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end program delivery covering software quality automation, Linux platform execution, and vehicle‑level validation. The candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, manage technical risks, ensure quality and schedule compliance, and drive integration across software, system, and vehicle domains.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Management (Linux Focus)
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Linux‑based and automotive technology programs
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
- Act as the single point of contact between engineering, QA, vehicle testing, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Review technical designs, integration plans, and release readiness
- Drive issue resolution, escalation, and decision making
- Track milestones and prepare project status, dashboards, and reviews
Automation Testing Leadership
- Define and implement automation test strategy and roadmap
- Lead automation teams across functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Design/review test automation frameworks and coding standards
- Drive API, UI, and system‑level automation
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Track quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage
- Perform root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement
Vehicle Testing & Validation
- Plan and execute vehicle‑level testing and validation as per DVP
- Support functional, performance, durability, and integration testing
- Perform data acquisition, analysis, and reporting
- Identify vehicle/system issues and support root cause analysis with development teams
- Coordinate prototype builds and test campaigns
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Mandatory Technical Skills- Technical Project / Program Management
- Linux OS (Embedded or Server) - strong working knowledge
- Test Automation Frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, etc.)
- Programming/Scripting: Java / Python / JavaScript
- CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Vehicle Testing & Validation methodologies
- Data acquisition & analysis
- Defect management, RCA, quality metrics
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, TestRail or similar
Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills- Automotive domain experience
- CAN, diagnostics tools, UDS
- HIL / SIL exposure
- Cloud or DevOps exposure
- Performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe
- PMP or Agile certification
