Job Description
Financial planning analysis, cash flow management, forex management, short-term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments and disinvestments.
Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Forecasting short-term and long-term financial requirements based on business plans and ongoing projects; identifying funding sources and mobilizing funds at competitive costs.
Planning and managing all financial requirements, including banking and finance operations.
Monitoring cash flow and conducting financial analysis to assess company strengths and weaknesses and recommend strategic initiatives.
Establishing and maintaining strong financial controls and accounting procedures.
Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual management reports, ensuring full transparency of financial performance.
Handling trade finance activities such as Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), SBLC, Bill Discounting, etc.
Advising management on revenue enhancement and cost reduction strategies.
Identifying and communicating financial risks in a timely and effective manner.
Supporting management in preparing monthly and annual financial plans.
Ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
Coordinating and producing all required tax documentation.
Maintaining stable cash flow and developing accurate financial scenarios and budgets.
Regular communication and coordination with company bankers.
Overseeing overall financial planning analysis (FPA).
Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounts, MIS and Taxation functions.
Any other responsibilities assigned by management in line with the role.

2: independently to speak and communicate with top bank officials.
3: giving all the required data to the bank for the borrowing.
4: foreign exchange hedging and covering.
4: good knowledge of LC and BG work.
5: Very good communication in English and drafting letters / mails.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with additional qualification of MBA (Finance) from a reputed Management Institute.
OR
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 1015 years of relevant experience
Salary: INR 2025 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)
