The VP / Director - Investment Banking / Pre-IPO Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will lead and develop investment banking strategies, manage client relationships, and identify business opportunities within the pre-IPO sales segment. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, overseeing financial modeling, and evaluating investment opportunities. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advisory services, execute transactions, and support business growth in alignment with the company's global strategic goals.

• Strong expertise in Finance, Financial Modeling, and Investments
• Proven experience in Investment Banking, including deal structuring and client management
• Capability in conducting Due Diligence and evaluating market opportunities
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Leadership experience and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification is a plus
• Experience in the investment banking sector with a focus on pre-IPO deals is highly desirable
