What you'll do:
The CEO's office oversees noon's key strategic projects and partnerships across all the markets noon operates in. The role requires the candidate to hold multiple responsibilities, drive collaboration across functions, and define & execute core initiatives in line with noon's overall strategy.
You'll work closely with the CEOan operator, strategist, and force multiplier. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, act as a trusted advisor, and drive alignment across leadership, product, operations, and commercial teams.
This role is built for someone with a killer instinct, sharp intellect, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. A track record of academic and professional excellence is expectedyou'll need to be mobile, quick-thinking, and deeply attuned to people at every level.
- Partner closely with the CEO to prioritize, track, and drive strategic initiatives
- Act as a liaison between leadership and functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead strategic projects that improve the medium to long-term goals of the business
- Work closely with partners and brands to define the strategy and set joint ambitions
- Support the CEO in internal and external meetings, occasionally stepping in as a proxy
- Work with the investor relations team on board materials, investor memos, and key communications
- Assist in building business plans for new market entries and product expansions
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications for public and internal forums
- Assist with hiring top talent across roles and locations to support business growth
- Support the development of business plans and projected P&Ls for new initiatives and market entries
- Coordinate investor, government, and partner engagements across the region
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead special projects to solve them
What We're Looking For:
- World-class education and the credentials to back it up
- 58 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (consulting, VC-backed startup, or similar)
- Public-facing, confident & polished
- Highly mobile and willing to travel frequently across the world
- Strong interpersonal skillsyou know how to work with operators, creatives, engineers, and execs
- Comfortable building decks, briefing notes, and strategic materials for the CEOoften with short turnarounds
- Analytical and financially savvyable to model projected P&Ls and business plans for new initiatives
- Adaptable and comfortable with non-traditional working hours when the business demands it
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and fiercely execution-driven
- Intellectually curious, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure
