Hiring: VP Banking Transitions (Global Programs | Client Leadership | Transformation)

Location Preference: NCR (Noida / Gurgaon)

Shifts: Multi-time zone coverage with flexibility to operate within a 10-hour window (11:00 AM 10:00 PM IST)

Travel: 2030% international travel based on project requirements

Overview:

We are inviting applications for a senior leadership role in Banking Transitions, responsible for leading large-scale global transition and transformation programs across Europe, APAC and North America.

This role is designed for an experienced leader who brings strong banking domain exposure, third-party transition delivery experience, client engagement capability and program governance maturity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Transition, Transformation and Program Management for complex banking engagements.
  • Drive client-focused, value-led conversations with CXO / CXO-1 stakeholders.
  • Own revenue, AOI impact, financial strategy, SLA adherence and benefit realization across programs.
  • Lead global transitions involving knowledge transfer, people transfer, operating model setup, consolidations and ramp-ups in a third-party environment.
  • Drive digital adoption and intelligent operations during transitions.
  • Establish strong governance, risk management, compliance and stakeholder communication ensuring a zero surprise delivery environment.
  • Mentor and lead a leadership layer of AVPs and large program management teams.
  • Support RFP/ RFI engagements, solutioning, hunting and mining initiatives.
  • Bring strong thought leadership, executive presence, decisiveness and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Requirements:

  • Overall experience of approximately 1820 years.
  • Strong Banking domain exposure (not necessarily from a bank, but having managed banking transitions and operations).
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in banking-related transitions, including knowledge transfer, people transitions, role migrations, consolidations or setup of new delivery models.
  • Proven Project / Program Management leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a third-party services environment (not captive-only).
  • Strong client-facing exposure, including RFP / RFI participation.
  • Comfortable managing multi-region stakeholders across Europe, APAC and North America.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification:

  • Strong exposure to project management tools, methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading multi-functional transitions and change management programs.
  • P&L exposure ($3M across multiple programs) preferred.
  • Consulting or large transformation delivery experience is an advantage.

Transitions don't succeed on plans alone, they succeed on leadership, trust and flawless execution.
