Compensation Benefits
- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Take-Home Salary: 36,000/month
- Performance Incentives: Up to 9,000/month (based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of international voice experience (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge preferred
