Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines for efficient interaction.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain call etiquette.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in a voice process role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
