Passed Out: 2021-2025

Experience : Fresher - 6 Mon

Qualification : Any Degree/ Any Graduate

Package - 3.3-3.5LPA

Location- Bengaluru

Requirement : Good Communication / Basic Computer Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and support.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Achieve performance metrics and targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
