Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients through voice communication channels.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Identify, assess, and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Educate customers about products and services, providing clear guidance when necessary.
Accurately document customer interactions in accordance with training and company standards.
Use available tools and resources to research and provide accurate solutions to customer
inquiries.
Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate language at all times.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive
communication.
Complete all administrative tasks related to customer agreements using multiple computer
applications.
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Stay up to date with new procedures, products, and services to provide effective customer
support.
Support business growth by answering product and service-related questions for potential
customers.
What We Are Looking For
Fluent English speaker (B2/C1 level).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
