Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Voice Engineer based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. As a Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems, handling VoIP solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing telephony networks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication infrastructure and support business operations effectively.

Qualifications

• 2- 4 yrs of experience
• Strong expertise in Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, Telephony systems, and IVR design and implementation
• Proficiency in Networking concepts, including understanding protocols, configurations, and network troubleshooting
• Advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving voice and network-related issues efficiently
• Experience with the integration and deployment of telecommunication systems within complex environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid setup collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications in relevant areas like CCNA, CCNP (Voice), or other telecommunication certifications are an advantage
• Prior experience working with enterprise-level voice systems and familiarity with industry standards and protocols
