Role Description

North Hires is seeking a Voice Network Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Voice Network Engineer will manage, administer, and optimize VoIP systems, troubleshoot network issues, implement security protocols, and support the organization's voice communication networks. This role involves configuring and maintaining network components to ensure optimal performance and reliability within the organization's systems.

Qualifications

• 2-4 yrs of experience
• Proficiency in Network Engineering and Network Administration
• Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving network and VoIP-related issues
• Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and systems
• Understanding of Network Security and implementation of secure solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Previous experience with enterprise-level networks is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
