Job Description
Plan and deliver vocational training sessions based on the assigned trade/skill area
Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises
Provide hands-on training to enhance practical skills of trainees
Assess trainees performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support where required
Maintain records of attendance, progress, and assessment reports
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment in the training center
Guide trainees on workplace behavior, communication skills, and employability skills
Assist in organizing workshops, skill demonstrations, and exposure visits
Coordinate with management for curriculum updates and training improvements
Support placement activities by preparing trainees for interviews and job readiness
Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and materials
Follow organizational policies and reporting requirements
