Vmware Administration/ Dell Vxrail

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
• Deploy and manage Dell VxRail HCI systems, including hardware/software lifecycle management.
• Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and performance tuning on VMware and VxRail components.
• Monitor system health, manage capacity, and respond to alerts proactively.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection best practices in virtual environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide support during incidents, outages, and infrastructure projects.

Key Skills Required:

• VMware vSphere (6.x/7.x), vCenter, vMotion, HA/DRS
• Dell VxRail deployment, cluster expansion, and LCM (Life Cycle Management)
• Experience with vSAN and HCI concepts
