Job Title: VMC Programmer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer to join our team at GMG Technotrades Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and set up VMC machines for production runs
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VMC equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in VMC programming and operation
- Familiarity with CNC/VMC machining processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Skills
- Proficient in G-code M-code programming
- Experience with VMC operations
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
