About the Role
Clevertize is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualiser who can translate ideas into strong visual narratives. This role is suited for someone with solid agency experience who is confident handling client discussions, guiding junior designers, and delivering high-quality design work across digital platforms.
You'll work closely with copy, account, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Attend and lead client meetings, present design ideas, and align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring output meets brand and quality standards.
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and marketing teams across projects.
- Design digital and campaign assets using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (advanced proficiency expected).
- Explore and integrate AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc., into design workflows where relevant.
- Demonstrate strong skills in illustration, typography, layout, and concept sketching.
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- Need to have a high end PC/Laptop.
- 3 to 4 years of design experience, preferably in an advertising agency or design studio.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and versatility.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; familiarity with additional tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools.
- Strong communication skills with prior client-facing experience.
- Ability to guide junior team members and manage design tasks independently.
- Work Days : Monday to Saturday
- Will be needed in office (In Bangalore) 2 days a month
