Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual, Strategy & Communication Design Associate who can combine design thinking, communication, and visual execution.

This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and growth, and will be responsible for UI/UX (interface & layout), graphic design, and illustration, ensuring a consistent and impactful experience across the platform and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design & Communication

* Translate user and business problems into structured design solutions

* Build clear, engaging communication across social media, campaigns, and product

* Simplify complex ideas through visual storytelling and content design

Interface & Layout Design (UI/UX)

* Design clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces across web and mobile

* Create structured layouts for dashboards, onboarding flows, forms, and product features

* Ensure usability, responsiveness, and consistency across all screens

Graphic Design

* Design creatives for social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing assets

* Support growth and sales teams with high-quality visual outputs

* Maintain consistency with ULIO's brand identity

Illustration & Visual Design

* Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual elements

* Ability to draw and develop illustration-based visuals

* Maintain a consistent visual and illustration style

Campaign & Growth Design

* Support marketing campaigns with creative direction

* Design conversion-focused creatives (ads, carousels, comparison visuals)

* Align design output with engagement and growth goals

Design System & Collaboration

* Contribute to ULIO's design system and reusable templates

* Work closely with product, tech, marketing, and leadership teams

* Ensure smooth developer handoff and execution

Technical Skills Required

* Strong hands-on experience in Figma (UI/UX, prototyping, design systems)

* Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, usability, and UX principles

* Strong skills in graphic design (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva)

* Proven ability in illustration and drawing (icons, custom visuals)

* Ability to design clean, scalable interfaces (dashboards, workflows, product flows)

* Experience with developer handoff and implementation readiness

Good to Have

* Video editing (Reels, short-form content)

* Canva expertise for quick design execution

* Experience in EdTech or SaaS platforms
